Abstract
A case of a mesencephalic region cyst is reported. Neuroepithelial cys ts are rare benign lesions that may be asymptomatic or may appear as s pace-occupying mass lesion. The pathogenesis and principles of diagnos is and management of these rare lesions are reviewed.
