Abstract
Modulated blue light was generated by directly modulating a tunable di stributed Bragg reflector laser diode, which was coupled to a quasi-ph ase-matched second harmonic generation waveguide in MgO doped LiNbO3. The peak power of 17mW was measured at a modulation frequency of 20MHz .
