Abstract
Scintillation decay time measurements were carried out for a large bat ch of lead tungstate heavy scintillation crystals (PWO), which were pr oduced at the Bogoroditsk Plant (Russia) over the course of three year s with the use of various mass production technologies of photon calor imeter cells for the GAMS spectrometer and other detectors. Advancemen t of the technology made it possible to achieve high time parameters o f the scintillation signal, which meet strict requirements of the futu re collider and fixed-target experiments.
