Abstract
A resonance meter of small capacitances from 2 x 10(-6) pF to 2 pF and a loss tangent from 0.01 to 10 is described. Its operating frequencie s range from 5 to 50 MHz. The frequency of the generator of frequency- modulated oscillations is automatically controlled with the use of inf ormation from the first harmonic of the envelope of the circuit output signal.
