Colon cancer is the third most common malignancy in the United States
(1). Gastrocolic fistula formation secondary to colon cancer is a rare
complication, with most reported cases being secondary to benign caus
es such as peptic ulcer disease, trauma and infections. We report here
a case of colon cancer with gastrocolic fistula formation, and review
the clinical aspects, as well as recent literature regarding this ent
ity.
