Abstract
An eight-channel arrayed waveguide gating (AWG) intracavity laser empl oying bulk active material is reported. The use of bulk material ensur es oscillation in one AWG order. Lasing at 200GHz-spaced ITU-defined f requencies, 192.8-194.2 THz, is demonstrated.
