Abstract
The synthesis of novel nucleotide analogues on the basis of ethylphosp honic acids was described. A rigid structural element, an amide or a d ouble bond, was characteristic of the compounds synthesized. The antiv iral and cytotoxic activities of these compounds were studied in cell cultures.
