Abstract
Right ventricular morphologic and/or histologic abnormalities were pre sent in 5 of 6 Japanese men with the Brugada syndrome. Results indicat e that arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy may underlie th e cardiac manifestations in the Brugada syndrome.
