Abstract
The convergence rates of regularized solutions of nonlinear ill-posed operator equations involving monotone operators are investigated, and conditions that guarantee convergence rates like O(delta 1/2), O(delta 2/3), and O(delta n/n+1) are given, where delta denotes the noise lev el of the data perturbation.
