Abstract
Percutaneous biliary drainage is the most common aetiology of haemobil ia. Bile duct fistulae can also arise from the hepatic or portal vein, most commonly as a result of trauma. Percutaneous methods for treatin g haemobilia from all these sources are discussed in detail.
