Abstract
This paper mainly studies quadratic stabilization and robust H-infinit y controller design for linear uncertain dynamic systems with delayed state and control. The paper presents a static state feedback controll er which stabilizes the plant and reduces the effect of the disturbanc e input on the controlled output to prescribed levels for all admissib le uncertainties. The sufficient conditions for quadratic stabilizatio n with a H-infinity norm bound constraint are derived. The results can be regarded as an extension of existing results to robust H-infinity controller design for linear uncertain dynamic systems with delayed st ate and control.
