Abstract
A composite material for medical application, based on polydimethylsil oxane rubber (PDMS) and graphite, was prepared. The physicochemical an d mechanical properties of the material were studied as influenced by the amount, purity of the modifier, and its preliminary treatment. The physicochemical properties of the material surface allow preliminary prediction of its thromboresistance.
