Abstract
Synthesis and complex investigations of ceramic samples of the systems BiFeO3-LaMnO3, Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O-3-PbTiO3 and Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O-3-BiFeO3 we re carried out. These investigations included X-ray and neutron diffra ction studies, dielectric (at low frequency) and magnetic measurements , differential scanning calorimetry at these three systems. New high t emperature seignettomagnetics with the perovskite type structure are d iscovered.
