Abstract
A systematic procedure for constructing a convergent perturbation theo ry is developed. This procedure can be used to calculate energy levels as well as wave functions. As an example of this, it has been applied to an anharmonic oscillator ground state with a strong coupling limit as well as a weak coupling limit.
