Single and double electron capture processes by O6+ from He at 90 keV
have been investigated by observation of the emission spectrum in the
wavelength region of 290-510 nm. In addition to transitions from excit
ed states of O5+ populated by Single electron capture processes, Yrast
transitions from Rydberg states (1s(2)2snl) of O4+ populated by doubl
e electron capture have been observed. Transfer target excitation proc
esses have been confirmed by the observation of transitions from excit
ed states of He+.
