Abstract
We report here a one-step synthesis of [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-d][1,4]benz odiazepin 4, 5, and [1,2] oxazolo[5,4,b][1,4]benzodiazepine 6-8 by 1,3 -dipolar cycloaddition of nitrilimines and nitrile oxides with the ben zodiazepine 3.
