Abstract
Aeroallergens play a major role in the pathogenesis of asthma and alle rgic rhinitis. Indoor allergens are of particular importance and princ ipally include the allergens of house dust mites, domestic pets, cockr oaches, and molds. The relative importance of these different allergen s varies in different parts of the world depending on a variety of geo graphic and climate factors.
