Abstract
High power 635nm singlemode lasers have been demonstrated by a ridge w aveguide design, showing a catastrophic optical damage (GOD) power of 150mW with a single transverse mode power up to 120mW, an aspect ratio of 3:1, and a characteristic temperature T-0 of 82K.
