GAS HYDRATES, NOVEL CLASS OF IMPURITIES I N HIGH-PURIFIED GASES

The structural peculiarities of gas hydrates and conditions of their f ormation are considered. The analysis of current physico-chemical mode ls of gas hydrate formation is carried out; algorithm of the calculati on of their parameters that may influence the efficiency of gas purifi cation is given. The calculated values of dissociation pressure and wa ter vapour pressure above the surface of mixed gas hydrate in the mixt ure of volatile inorganic hydrides are present, as well as interphase distribution coefficients for the mixture components in the course of their formation. The appearance of the gas hydrate impurities in hydri des is shown to influence significantly the process of their refinemen t.
