Abstract
Left Ventricular Outflow Tract Tachycardia, Idiopathic ventricular tac
hycardia (VT) originating from the left ventricular outflow tract (LVO
T) is rare, We report two patients whose QRS configuration during VT c
ommonly showed an inferior axis and monophasic R waves in all the prec
ordial leads. The mechanism of these VTs appeared to be triggered acti
vity. From mapping and ablation, the origin of these VTs was determine
d to be in the most posterior LVOT, corresponding to the aortomitral c
ontinuity (left fibrous trigone).
