Abstract
The spin-lattice relaxation time T-1 either in the superconducting and normal phases is investigated by the use of the Green's function meth od. The lattice, in this case, means the conduction electrons and the interaction is mainly due to the Fermi contact term. Electrons and nuc lei are treated on the same footing, namely both are in the second qua ntized form. The coherent terms are summarized in a general fashion at the beginning.
