Abstract
A right-renal angiomyolipoma with tumour thrombus into the inferior ve na cava was incidentally detected. This is the ninth published case of its type and the second incidental case. Presence of a thrombus does not imply invasive disease, but the tumour then is often bigger than 6 cm and radical surgery is mandatory.
