Abstract
Arsenic deposition on InP(110) was studied by means of high-resolution core level photoemission. By systematic spectral decompositions it wa s found that the adsorption at room temperature is non-reactive. At el evated temperatures (above 300 degrees C) the As 3d spectra show drast ic transformations, indicative of an As-P exchange reaction. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
