ECONOMICAL PROBLEMS OF FIELD DEVELOPMENT COMMERCIALITY EVALUATION UNDER OIL MARKET CONDITIONS

Presented are the principal approach, method and criteria for evaluati on of field development scenarious, which are more up-to-dale, compati ble to market conditions and comparable with foreign practices. Fields evaluation is given not only on the basis of field data and explorati on information gathered, but also on the basis of profitability, secur ing field development efficiency on the level, not less than allowable limits.
