Abstract
Pyomyositis is a purulent infection of skeletal muscles, a rarely foun d in temperate climates, The number of reported cases is increasing wi th the extension of AIDS epidemic, Staphylococcus aureus is the most c ommon pathogen responsible for pyomyositis, This is the first reported case of pyomyositis due to Streptococcus C in an AIDS patient.
