D. Adkins et al., TREATMENT OF RESISTANT MANTLE CELL LYMPHOMA WITH ALLOGENEIC BONE-MARROW TRANSPLANTATION, Bone marrow transplantation, 21(1), 1998, pp. 97-99
Conventional approaches to the treatment of recurrent mantle cell lymp
homa (MCL) yield unsatisfactory results. We describe a patient with re
current MCL in leukemic phase refractory to chemotherapy who was succe
ssfully treated with allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. At last f
ollow-up 1 year post-transplant, the patient was in complete remission
and had limited chronic graft-versus-host disease.
