W. Wroblewski et Z. Brzozka, ION-SELECTIVE FIELD-EFFECT TRANSISTOR FOR NITRITE DETERMINATION IN FLOW-CELL, Chemia Analityczna, 42(6), 1997, pp. 887-893
In this paper the nitrite selective electrochemical sensor based on fi
eld effect transistor as transducer was presented. The sensing layer,
PVC plasticized membrane, contained uranyl salophen as an anion recept
or. The performance of nitrite-selective ISFETs was verified in the st
ationary measurement and in the flow cell system. Developed sensors ex
hibit a good selectivity for nitrite ions over other inorganic anions
and show linear response in the range 1-4 of pNO(2)(-) with a slope of
37 mV decade(-1). These microdevices can be applied in determination
and monitoring of nitrite in flow cell system (even in the presence of
nitrate anions).
