Analysis of the properties of dispersed particle systems from the stru
ctural and percolation point of view is used to derive equations for t
he ratio of single and interphase contacts, and for the respective coo
rdination numbers and specific surface areas in two-phase single and b
imodal mixtures, as functions of particle size ratio, porosity, and co
ncentration of one of the components.
