THE POSSIBLE ROLE OF VIBRONIC CHARGE-TRANSFER EXCITON-STATES IN DRASTIC SHIFT WITH TEMPERATURE OF THE UV-ABSORPTION EDGE IN FERROELECTRIC OXIDE CRYSTALS
Vs. Vikhnin et al., THE POSSIBLE ROLE OF VIBRONIC CHARGE-TRANSFER EXCITON-STATES IN DRASTIC SHIFT WITH TEMPERATURE OF THE UV-ABSORPTION EDGE IN FERROELECTRIC OXIDE CRYSTALS, Journal of the Korean Physical Society, 32, 1998, pp. 621-623
The strong temperature dependence of the UV-absorption edge in a wide
set of ferroelectric oxides is explained on the basis of thermal occup
ation of excited charge transfer states connected with charge transfer
vibronic excitons.
