Abstract
The conditions of the formation of helicoidal structure in ferroelectr ic films are considered for certain crystallographic classes of point symmetry. The following parameters have been determined - the value of step for helicoidal structure, the temperature of transition into suc h structure, the critical thickness of the film for which such a trans ition is still possible.
