Influence of the frequency f of the switching field on the value of th
reshold field E-th for the emission process in tryglicine sulphate (TG
S) monocrystal as well as in barium titanate and in lead zirconate tit
anate (PZT) ceramics is investigated. We have experimentally observed
the presence of as growth as dropping of the field E-th with the incre
ase of frequency in TGS crystal for different temperatures and the pre
sence of the falling dependence E-th(f) for ceramics samples. The corr
elation between parameters of emission spectra and the character of th
e switching process is discussed.
