The polarization of deuteron glass Rb1-x(ND4)(x)D2AsO4 With x = 0.3 ha
s been measured as a function of temperature and time. Remanent polari
zation was observed when a bias field was applied on the deuteron glas
s from high temperature and switched off below the freezing temperatur
e. At law temperature, the slow relaxation of the remanent polarizatio
n has a stretched exponential time dependence. With increase in temper
ature, it deviates from the stretched exponential curve and shows cros
sover behavior to a simple power law decay. The time relaxation in deu
teron glass is found to depend also on the waiting time in the field c
ooled and zero field cooled state. The experimental results are discus
sed in terms of dynamic properties of other glass systems.
