Abstract
Dielectric relaxation in corona charged P(VDF/TrFE)(75/25) ferroelectr ic films was studied in the time and the frequency domains at various temperatures. The results of polarization decay allow to distinguish t he time range in which the charge carrier diffusion is dominating, a d ispersive transport related with the semicrystallinity of the polymer and a long term process, described by depolarization current decay I s imilar to t(-0.6), which we would like to relate to the interaction of thermally detrapped real charges and ferroelectric polarization.
