The effective complex dielectric permittivity, epsilon(ef), has been
investigated under nearly saturation fields. Contributions of hysteres
is and relaxer mechanisms of domain boundaries motion in epsilon(ef)
have been defined. A presumable conclusion has been made about the exi
stence of an additional (low temperature) phase transition.
