Abstract
A 58-year-old woman who had previously undergone radiation therapy for breast cancer sustained bullous pemphigoid confined mainly to the rad iation site. Radiation-induced bullous pemphigoid is an infrequently r eported occurrence. This patient's lesions resolved within several wee ks with combined oral therapy using tetracycline and niacinamide.
