ON THE CLASSICAL LIMIT OF THE GENERALIZED Q-DEFORMED SUQ(2) AND SUQ(1,1) ALGEBRAS

Two explicit q-deformations each of SU(2) and SU(1,1) algebras are con structed by simply imposing the condition of obtaining the limiting cl assical algebras. No explicit transformations of the generators are us ed. One construction results in the standard SUq(2) and SUq(1,1) algeb ras with q-deforming functionals as infinite odd power series of both J(3) and the deformation parameter q. The other construction (also wit h q-deforming functionals as infinite power series) seems to be new, w ith additional free parameters in both the algebras and Casimirs.
