Abstract
We report a case of advanced gastric carcinoma presenting with obstruc tive jaundice, Computed tomography showed marked lymphadenopathy in th e hepatoduodenal ligament and concentric bile duct wall thickening, Hi stologically, extrahepatic bile duct wall was thickened due to submuco sal lymphangitic spread of gastric carcinoma (lymphangitis carcinomato sa), Lymphangitis carcinomatosa may be considered when extrahepatic bi le duct wall thickening is seen in patients with obstructive jaundice.
