Abstract
Synchrotron radiation excited Kossel and standing wave line patterns o f a NiO mosaic crystal are presented. It is shown that crystallographi c parameters such as symmetries, crystal orientation and lattice param eters can be obtained from this type of measurement. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.
