Abstract
We report a case of intracoronary embolization of a ring marker on a s tent sheath, The Microsnare device was unsuitable because of the dista l position of the marker. After failing to retrieve the marker using a n over-the-wire balloon and the two-wire technique, we succeeded in re moving the marker using a balloon-an-wire system. (C) 1998 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
