Coronary artery aneurysm is a rare but recognized complication followi
ng percutaneous intervention. We report the formation of such an aneur
ysm alter recanalization with Excimer laser wire of a chronic totally
occluded left anterior descending coronary artery and stent implantati
on and its subsequent treatment using an autologous vein graft-coated
