Abstract
Coronary angioplasty in a thombotic vein graft is associated with a lo w success rate and a high risk of periprocedural complications. The as piration thrombectomy catheter is a new device designed to treat such cases. We report a first angioscopic description of thrombus removal b y the AngioJet thrombectomy catheter.
