EXPERIMENTAL IDENTIFICATION OF THE COUPLING BETWEEN THE ANHYSTERETIC MAGNETIC AND MAGNETOSTRICTIVE BEHAVIORS

The aim of this paper is to present the experimental procedures develo ped to identify and validate the state coupling between elasticity and magnetism. This coupling is identified independently either through t he stress effect on the anhysteretic magnetic response (the magnetic f ield being applied in the same direction as a uniaxial stress) or from magnetostriction strain measurements.
