Abstract
The temperature and magnetic field dependences of the reflectivity spe ctra of GdAs in the photon energy range 5 meV-0.8 eV under magnetic fi eld up to 6 T at several temperatures of 10-300 K were measured. Two a bsorption peaks with strong temperature and magnetic field dependences at 0.1 and 0.4 eV were found. The origins are reported. (C) 1998 Else vier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
