Abstract
The AC susceptibility of CeP has been measured for the magnetic field in the (0 1 0) plane up to 20 T, and the de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) osc illations have been observed in all three magnetic phases below 20 T. The dHvA frequencies in the highest-field phase and their angle depend ence are discussed in connection with successive metamagnetic transiti ons above 20 T. Spiky signals in the susceptibility observed only at 0 .03 K an also discussed. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights res erved.
