T. Nakama et al., PRESSURE EFFECT ON SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION-TEMPERATURE OF CE1-XLAXRU2, Journal of magnetism and magnetic materials, 177, 1998, pp. 425-426
The resistivity of CeRu2 was measured under high pressure up to 1 GPa.
The pressure dependence of superconducting transition temperature T-c
of CeRu2 is negative by a rate of Delta T-c/Delta p = -0.47 K/GPa for
p less than or equal to 0.5 GPa and is positive for 0.5 GPa < p less
than or equal to 1 GPa by a rate of 0.33 K/GPa. The room temperature r
esistivity increases after the cooling of the sample down to 4 K for p
greater than or equal to 0.6 GPa, indicating a phase transition which
induces the change of pressure derivatives of the superconducting tra
nsition temperature. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserve
