Abstract
We have carried out the temperature-dependent ESR measurements of quas i-one-dimensional antiferromagnet Sr3CuPtO6 powder at 140 and 300 GHz using a pulsed magnetic field up to 16 T. In these measurements we obs erved that the linewidth broadens as the temperature is decreased whil e the resonance field does not shift by changing the temperature. Thes e results are in contrast to the g-shifts usually observed in the conv entional one-dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnets (1DHAF). (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
