Abstract
The electrical resistivity and the magnetic property of perovskite man ganites La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 and Pr0.65Ca0.35MnO3 thin films prepared by a m agnetron sputtering method have been investigated. We obtain the large magnetoresistance even in the temperature region far from the metal-n onmetal transition temperature as well as near the transition temperat ure. These electrical and magnetic properties are compared with those of bulk samples. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
