Abstract
The magnetoresistance (MR) originating from a magnetic structure with continuous rotation of magnetic moments was studied using soft-magneti c/hard-magnetic bilayers. The feature of the MR curves was explained w ith anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) applying to twisted magnetic s tructures. The giant magnetoresistance (GMR)-type effect was found to be very small compared with the AMR effect. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
