Abstract
Magnetic and transport properties of the composite film of magnetic se miconductor EuTe and Ni were investigated in high magnetic fields. A l arge magnetoresistance of Ni film on epitaxial EuTe film is observed a t low temperature where EuTe is antiferromagnetically ordered. This re sult indicates that the magnetic state of the epitaxial EuTe film stro ngly affects the transport properties of the Ni film on EuTe. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
