Abstract
We performed magnetoresistance measurements of Fe0.2Co0.8Si and CoSi s ingle crystals in the temperature range 4.2-60 K under magnetic fields up to 14 T. The transeverse and longitudinal magnetoresistance of Fe0 .2Co0.8Si show the same magnetic held dependence, while the transverse magnetoresistance of CoSi is quite larger than the longitudinal one a t the same magnetic field. These results are discussed in connection w ith their magnetic properties. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All righ ts reserved.
